Italtronic Price List Update – Effective April 9, 2026

Dear Customers and Distributors,

Following our previous communication dated March 17, we are formally announcing an update to our price list, which has remained unchanged since the beginning of 2025.

Unfortunately, in recent weeks, all plastic material manufacturers have increased their prices, including for long-term planned orders. Consequently, as current stocks are depleted, we must inform you that starting from April 9, 2026, the prices of our plastic enclosures will be adjusted as follows:

• Product Lines: A 5.8% increase will be applied to all product lines and related accessories.
• Customizations: No increase will be applied to the current costs of mechanical and/or graphic customizations, unless the current pricing is older than 12 months.
• New Orders: The increase will apply to all new orders placed as of today.
• Confirmed Orders: No increase will be applied to orders already confirmed.
• Special Agreements: All non-standard enclosures and existing commercial agreements will be evaluated individually over the coming months.
• Validity: The new 2026 price list will remain in effect until December 31, 2026, subject to any further significant variations in the cost of the plastic raw materials we use.

We understand the challenges this communication may cause. For our part, we have made every effort to absorb these cost variations as much as possible before adjusting our price list.
